After a week of relentless work and dwelling at Addictive Sound Studios, is grace enough have almost completed work on their forthcoming five song self titled EP. The cd has currently entered its final stages of mixing and mastering, yet due to various concerns with trying to make the cd the best it can possibly be, the release date has been pushed back a week and is still somewhat up in the air. Tentative dates include Tuesday December 2nd or Tuesday December 9th.
The band would like to thank all those in attendance at the Planes Mistaken For Stars show at Club SAW last Thursday. The band had a great time playing the show, and want to personally thank Shawn Scallen from 234-PUNX for giving them their spot on the bill, fellow locals Viscera's Recital for helping open the show, and the merch girls for wheeling and dealing their tshirts at their newfound merchandise table. Pictures and a review of IGE's performance can be found on JunkedCamera.com in their Photos section.
For those who missed the show and dont mind a roadtrip, tickets are still available for Wednesday's show in Kingston through Marc of Kingston Punk Productions. The band will be playing alongside the End (Relapse Records), My Brilliant Theory, and the Johnny K Grind Experience. Again, for those in Ottawa interested in ride sharing, feel free to email the band directly and they will try their best to work something out. The show is all ages/19+ and doors open at 9pm.
