“I say, I say…” is named in tribute to the greatest chicken of them all…Foghorn Leghorn

My best buddy, my son, Jordan, aka 'Wildman'

To all Sailors: I am merely the Skipper of I say, I say..., but Christ Jesus is my Captain

~ The man whom I’ll always love and remember ~
I’ve had a life long love for the water thanks to my late Grandfather
He had owned several cabin cruisers in his life but I only remember the last -a 1966 Chris Craft 42 footer
He started teaching me how to operate a boat when I was 9 years old
and we mainly ran around in the Choctawhatchee Bay in the Florida Panhandle until I was about 11
Then it was time for the BIG WATER, the Gulf of Mexico.

My Grandfather passed away in 1972 when I was 14
and I will never forget the Saturday trips to the boat,
the things he taught me, times we shared
and most of all that big ol’ Chris Craft
Every time I set foot on board, I know he’s in the cockpit saying.
“Take her out, I’m here if you need me son”

“I say, I say…” is located in S.W. Georgia at George T Bagby State Park and Lodge
For a better description than I can give, click on picture for a link to the park

About my sailing area ~ I have taken the boat to the Gulf a few times, but it is a major pain
Regardless of people claim, setting a Mac up all by your lonesome is no easy task
Since Panama City is a ’beach/tourists’ town public boat ramps are few and crowed
I am thinking about making the BEER 2005 run this year, you've probably seen
it on TSBB. Looks like the have a helluva time each year.
So, having a slip to go to makes the boat more enjoyable for me since I don't have to
set up/take down every time and at $75 a month with water and
electricity at the Lake, it's a LOT cheaper than a bare slip in P.C.
