This entry I found in two parts, but it was written shortly after he came to America.

This was written the day of their marriage, where an enthusiastic Patrick expresses his feelings on the wedding.

This was written the day that his first born son, Patrick Jr, was born.

After Patrick Jr died from pneumonia, Patrick expressed his feelings in this short letter.

During the second to last year of Patrick's life, he took a trip back to Athenry without alerting anyone. This was written when he did that.
