A normal day for me starts around 5AM and ends at 10PM. My training includes ice time, yoga, pilates, ballet and synchronized swimming. On a daily basis I do yoga, pilates and ice time. I take ballet lessons and attend synchronized swimming practice once a week.
It seems like a lot of excercise but with my constant battle with weight and stress is the best way to fight back.I do not keep a diet because it is too hard for me to stick to it. I love to be able to enjoy pasta, pizza and baked goods.
