I. Participated in the USFA National Championship Tournament in 1999
J. Participated in the NAFA National Championship Tournament in 2000 and 2001
K. 50-10 overall franchise record with 5 of the loses from out of league games
with top 5 ranked teams in the country
L. Currently ranked 10th in the Eastern United States in all of Semi pro football
M. 4 players were picked up to play with the new Rochester Brigade Arena team
II. Philosophy
A. To take a more active role in the surrounding community as an entire organization
B. To make a difference in the lives of former local athletes by giving them
an opportunity to continue their football careers and enabling them to contribute
positive feedback in their respective communities while playing semi professional
football
C. To establish the Irondequoit Sting as the most community concise athletic
team in the area
a. Fireman's night, Boys & Girls Scout night and many other promotional
game nights

a. Helped dig out cars and shovel snow during the Blizzard of '99
