Comments: Great site, fond memories of a very proud unit. I had the Honor of helping to activate in 1963 Was
in the M.P. platoon and aviation section on
the Rock. Looking for any friends or even guys that I might have locked up on
the rock. missed the initial deployment to the Nam but rejoined in 1966-1977
crewed a UH-1 for
the Cowboys. "DRIVE ON, ROCK STEADY AND AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY'!! Great to hear the proudest unit in the
Army has once again
been called to stand the line.
