| Welcome to the Realm of the Silver Hawks. We are the Pride of Indian Ridge Middle School and the Ysleta School District. My name is Fernando Anchondo and I am honored to be the 8A Science Teacher. The goal of this class is to expand our knowledge of the world around us and have fun while we do this. As Sir Isaac Newton stated, We can see further than others if we stand on the shoulders of giants. I hope my students see further because of the support given by me, their parents, and the other teachers. |

| A little about me: My name is Fernando Anchondo. I graduated from UTEP with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies; Educational Degree. Majored in Science and Mathematics. I've been married 14 years and have two daugthers; Ashley and Arianna. I'm also the 7th grade football, 8th grade track, and the boys soccer coach. My philosophy on education, is that all children must be given the support and opportunity to succeed. There is no acceptance of failure. |
