| The Irish Powerlifting Federation is affiliated to the International Powerlifting Federation and the European Powerlifting Federation. Applicants who wish to join the Irish Powerlifting Federation must abide by these rules. The Irish Powerlifting Federation provides Powerlifting competitions at both Regional and National level from Novice to advanced including Junior(U23) Teenage, Intermediate, Senior(Open) and Masters(40+,50+,60+). |
