The main floor has two living areas (pictures) and an open plan dining room/kitchen (picture) with door leading to the spacious terrace with electric awning, ideal for summer meals.

This is reached by an internal staircase, but has its own separate entrance.

Laundry room On the same level the large laundry room has double sink, clothes washer and drier. Also another fridge and a large freezer.
Exterior
From the road, a short gravel drive leads to the gravelled parking area, room for several cars, and front lawn, shrubs and flowers.
On the other side of the house are several terraces with lawn and shrubs and the 12m x 5m tiled pool. The pool is surrounded with paving and bordered by oleanders. The shallow end has steps. There are plenty of olive trees for shade and lots of room to play games.
Plenty of garden furniture, parasols etc.
