Our World feels safe,
cozy and warm...
In this Great Country
we call Home...
We take for granted
the Freedom we enjoy...
And tend to forget
what it took to employ...
We welcome all people
from Earths far reaches...
No matter their origin
or what their Faith teaches...
We may not agree
on many things...
But when tragedy strikes
and the horror it brings...
The terrorists know
they have "hit" quite a few...
What they don't realize
is the Faith they've renewed...
When tragedy like this
strikes this precious land...
We all band together
And United We Stand!!!
Freedom is stronger
than hate, you see...
And when it is threatened
you'll be forced to agree...
The simple words
such as YOU and ME...
Soon become a strong
and forceful WE!!!
