This one is a piece of work alright, and he is lucky to be alive. Wanted by the Irish Mob, for running a nice hustle on one of their members. This lone soul was born in a hore house just outside of Cork, and Shane has been almost everywhere in Ireland. He has won, and lost more money then most will ever earn in a lifetime.

Born in the slums of Boston, he ran with the street gangs. he has beatings, and theft under his belt before he was expelled from high-school. he spent a bit of his life in the military, excelling in most of his courses that weren't academic. He got a position as field officer for the DEA, but during an attempted smuggling operation, he came in contact with Sands Cohablo. Sands took Kelly in as a guard, and later a smuggler. After 6 years, Kelly was now 27, and was busted, and imprisoned. he served a year, before Sands pulled some strings. Now Kelly is laying low for a while in NYC.
Moira Mae Parkhurst was born within the darker regions of New York City. the house was nestled deep within the Bronx, and it came as no surprise that the Parkhurst family was quite well known within the Criminal Underworld. It all started with her parents, for twenty years they were the Cocaine Angels of New York. When nobody else could get a ball, the Parkhurst family had plenty to go around. However the elder Parkhurst family members died when Moira was only nine years old. The police say accident, Moira says murder. her older brother marx took over in Europe, Moira and Nicky are the drug divas of the Night Owl.
The Big Easy (also known as New Orleans), is where Monique Liselle Tibodeaux calls home. to the friends, acquaintances, and fiends, she's known as Nicky. The enemies probably call her, "The Drug Slinging Cajun Bitch". Quiet by nature, speaking in only her low cajun drawl, Nicky is what you could call laid back. Her only vices are alcohol and good looking garcons (guys). She ended up in Ney York at the age of 21, and within two days landed a job at T.G.I. Fridays. Moira's brother marx picked up on her persuasive skills, and her up-front persoality, and decided that she should be using it to do more then selling Mozzarella sticks, giving her a job selling more expensive goods. That's how she met her best friend Twiggy, and became a Drug Diva of the Night Owl.
