BARTHEL HROUDA Bayer. Akademie, (Germany) On the Chronology of South and Westanatolia during the 2nd Half of the 3rd Millennium B.C.Beginning with the new chronology of the Sargon-Dynasty 2230-2174 B.C. undertaken by J. Boese and G. Wilhelm and according to the date of the destruction of the palace G of the period IIBI in Eble during the regency of Sargon I, as Paolo matthiae now assumed, we try to connect the booty from Cilicia, represented on the diskos of Enheduanna, the daughter of Sargon, and of the stela from Nasriya together with the end of Tarsus EB II and we want to date this end earlier as before, not at the end but during the early Dynastic periods of Mesopotamia; because we learned by Tahsin zg and Machteld Mellink, that special pottery like "depas" and Syrian bottles at first come to Tarsus after EB II. That means the Accadian soldiers could only find the metallic vessels and daggers, which belonged to the same culture of the "depas", in the houses of Tarsus EB III. That means on the other hand Troia II the centre of this Westanatolian -culture and the main city for export was older than Tarsus EB III. The east point of the spreading of "depas" is now Tall Bi'a on the Euphrates in North Syria. But Troia has existed for a long time, maybe to the end of the Accadian empire or even during the Ur III period. Therefore the interval between the date of a metallic pan, found in Troia II, treasure A, and such from Assur dated to the Oldassyrian time is not more so different. Also the destruction of Alaca, which has happened during the Ur III period maybe was caused by the Hittites.
