carried out on a first come first serve basis upon registration.

Mini-projects are group activities set out for each group of
delegates. The aim of such projects would be to foster better understanding
among group members.
Groups of delegates would be given the time to design and create a poster in
accordance with the topic set and with the materials given to them.
