Programme Updates:

There is a whole spectrum of activities lined up during this upcoming symposium, promising delegates a truly fulfilling and memorable experience! Here’s a brief insight to all that is in store…

 Events:

All delegates would get to attend all Plenary lectures, and not to mention a Workshop and Seminar session of their choice. This caters to the needs of delegates by giving them the freedom to pursue their interests in various fields.

A departmental tour is also being planned for delegates to give them a feel of the environment of learning at the National University of Singapore.

Another highlight would be the various retail, hospital and industrial visits arranged for delegates with the purpose of allowing delegates to gain an important perspective into the career paths of Pharmacists.

Who could forget the Gala dinner? To be held at the beautiful Raffles Marina, delegates are promised an evening they will never forget, complete with class acts and the opportunity to boogie the night away!

 Tours:

All delegates would be given the opportunity to do a little sightseeing and shopping to give them a taste of Singapore, though it is hardly sufficient in my opinion!

On a more exciting note, delegates who subscribe to the 7 day Symposium package would have some serious touring and shopping in store for them! Delegates would get to exercise their choice from the selection of tour packages we have to offer. These include the Cultural tour, the Shopping tour and the Free And Easy tour.

Later in the afternoon of the same day, delegates would get the chance to visit Sentosa – an offshore island boasting a full range of fun and interesting places to visit such as The Images of Singapore, Fort Siloso, The Merlion, the truly spectacular Musical Fountain and so much more!

This symposium aims to give delegates the chance to interact with their peers from around the Asia-pacific region with the expectation of gaining a better understanding of Pharmacy in different cultural contexts. As you can see, a lot of planning and hard work has been put in to make the upcoming 1st IPSF-APSS Symposium an experience like no other. I sincerely hope that you will support us!
