Words from the NUSPS President:
Hi all…
Indeed as we approach the First APSS ever held in Singapore
and around the region, we realize that this small step for u and me is really a
Giant Leap for the Pharmacy Student spirit for the profession! For me, as the
president of the National University of Singapore Pharmaceutical Society, I
welcome you with open arms.
The road ahead is not easy as we attempt to unite pharmacy
students in the Asia Pacific region to a common goal --- in that one day, you
can confidently say to everyone that you are a pharmacist and you are not alone,
as you know there are friends out there in the profession who share the same
dreams as you. Love the profession and live it up to its name!
To me, if you are really reading this, you are either a
pharmacy student who has already registered and sign up for the upcoming APSS. I
applaud and thank you. Or you are a pharmacy student and have yet to decide to
register for the APSS. Hesitate no more, as I urge to be part of this
unprecedented event of the new millennium.
Thank you for reading this, I await your arrival in
Singapore on the 14th May 2001.
