| Directions for Writing Your Interview: 1. Choose an Industrialist from page 35. 2. Go to the web pages listed in your packet, look new web pages up on Yahoo and google and go to the site above to gather information on your industrialist. 3. Use your research to fill out the chart on pages 36. Be as complete as possible. The more information you have, the easier it will be to write your interview. 4. Writing your interview: Come up with two questions for each box on your chart. Use these questions as your interview questions. 5. Use the information you gathered to answer the questions AS IF you WERE the Industrialist you picked. 6. Use first person (I, My, Me, Mine etc.) when writing as the Industrialist. 7. Use the present tense (I am rich, not I was rich) as if you are talking to someone who is still alive. 8. When typing up your interview, type the question, then give the answer. Put questions in BOLD. |
