Leave enough time between activities.

Allow enough time so that you don't have to rush up yourself.

Know your priorities.

Learn to say "NO".

Make time to relax, meditate, and exercise.

Make your midday break a break.

Learn to live with unfinished tasks.

Keep your environment in order.

Find out what you want in your life.

And most important of all, keep that smile on your face! Enjoy life!
