Born in Detroit in 1977 and raised in Asheville North Carolina Stephen was allways considered large for his age.. Growing 7 inches in his 7th grade year he was growing so rapidly it seemed as if he would never stop. He hit his peak height in 12th Grade while attending High school in Harper Woods Michigan upon his graduation he was 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed in at a hefty 220 lbs. However his body was very out of shape and after enduring years of flabbyness he decided to do something that would change his life forever. He went to the local bookstore and purchased "Arnold Schwartzneggers Guide to modern bodybuilding". Using the information in the book and dedicating 5 days a week to working out at a local gym he soon shed all that fat, dropping down to 205 lbs and sculpted his body into something more to his liking. However in 1998 he decided that allthough he was in good shape physically he wanted to try getting bigger. Taking on a strict regime of heavy weights and high calorie shakes he soon boosted his weight up to an astonishing 267 lbs. Unfortunatley allthough he was able to bench far more than he could before and was definatley much larger he decided that it was time to trim down a bit. He began eating nothing but steak,chicken breast, and tuna as well as taking in daily doses of protien shakes and creatine. This diet along with the use of a standard ECA stack enabled him to sculpt his body into a form which he was both astonished and happy with. Taking over the management of a Gym in 2001 he had allready completed his corses to become a personal trainer and had a steady client following and in the winter of 2003 he became a certified Nutritionist as well. Now running IOPT exclisivelly He is among the best in the Detroit area in nutritional Knowledge and customer satisfaction. |
