At 40 minutes into the
bittering process we added 1/2 an ounce of Fuggle and kept right on
boiling. |

Make sure...I say,
"make sure" you popped your yeast BEFORE you started any
of this process. You need that bag to look like a miniature
blue football when you get ready to dump it in. |

At 50 minutes into the
bittering process we added the remaining 1/2 ounce of fuggle and
boiled it on for the last 10 minutes (total boil time was 60
minutes) |

Personally, I prefer leaf
hops. For if you -could- see, you actually get the whole hop in
there. It may not do any more than pellets but it is damn cool when
you and your buddies are brewing. |
