	IOCUB MISSION STATEMENT: IOCUB�S mission is to establish public service centers throughout the world to build, maintain and operate primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped nations to promote opportunities through education and the arts. The schools will be built upon solid academic foundations with a strong artistic influence. The students will be equipped with the technical computer, artistic, and academic skills to prepare them for college. The schools will also encourage and stimulate economic growth in their communities. They will incorporate the arts with academics to create a total sensory learning experience. IOCUB purposes to help these deserving children by raising conscience levels of their plight and capital for their fight to live successful and fruitful lives. The volunteer youth staff members of IOCUB are deeply involved in the mission of IOCUB; many are the administrative decision-makers. The volunteers gain an intimate understanding of the cultures of the world by being directly involved in our programs. IOCUB�S goal is to foster understanding and appreciation among young people of diverse cultures, to instill a sense of global responsibility for education and social action. YOUTH-BASED FOCUS: IOCUB focuses the energy of young people as world citizens, toward others who are less fortunate, to provide help and support. Most importantly, IOCUB embodies an understanding that enlightens and benefits everyone who strives to see the manifestation of a peaceful global community.
