The football manager performs the following functions:

team and club objectives.
- In the information process, the manager using match reports and video, analyses and assesses the performance of players to form
plans and strategies. In addition, the manager entrusts responsibility by engaging coaches and scouts.
- The decision making role implies the team formation and the role of individual players, before and during the game. Manager
responds rapidly to situations such as an injury which may contribute to team's success or failure.
