- humanitarian problems
- problems of noosphere
education
- global problems and
international relations
Eligibility:
living individuals or public or private institutions of any nation,
are eligible for election.
Who May Nominate:
Persons eligible to be elected include, but are not limited to any individuals
or entity active in the above fields, and universities, research institutions
and their members. Self nominations are admitted in extraordinary cases only
for the

Member and
Full Member.
