Buscando la fusion de raices y culturas del mundo. Este es el ritmo que te traigo a ti, y si te gusta quedate aqui, somos la banda intimundi originarios de new york y nueva jersey, la agrupacion se conforma de cinco elementos que en su viaje musical combinan varios estilos y formas sonoras entre las cuales predomina el sonido tradicional latinoamericano con reggae, funk, ska, punk, y rock. El resulatado de esta sopa musical viene a raiz de la variedad de influencias absorbidas por cada miembro del grupo, de experiencias y gustos heredados por sus padres asi como del mestizaje cultural que se vive en los Estados Unidos. El nombre significa la union del Sol "INTI" , lenguage quechua y de la tierra "MUNDI" proveniente del latin, esta combinacion de dos elementos importantes de vida, y de alguna forma un llamado para el respeto a la naturaleza y su delicado balance. El mundo del sol viene con Che con su furia lirica. La bateria esta a cargo de Henry G., que forma parte de la primera ola de rock en espan~ol en NYC , al principio de los noventa. Lenin en los bajos. Eddie C. esta a cargo de los teclados y los rock riffs los trae Harold 'el moreno' en las guitarras. Su sonido es multi-color e inovativo con el proposito de tracender barreras establecidas en la musica popular y poner a gozar a la gente con todos los ritmos del mundo. Un abrazo fuerte! |

| Drums infused with frenetic beats, rumbling bass lines, a wailing guitar and a voice that tells stories of celebration, desparation and fury. This is a bit of what we bring to the mix. We are intimundi originating from new york and new jersey, the group is made up of five members who in their musical voyage explore styles and genres among which you will find the rich tradicional latinamerican sound combined with reggae, funk, ska, punk, and last but not least rock. The result is a musical gumbo that comes from the variety of influences aquired by every member of the group, the experiences and musical tastes passed on by their parents and also by the cultural mix that exist in the united states. The name evokes two celestial sources, one is "INTI," which means the sun in the Andean language. The other is "MUNDI," which means the earth in old latin. The union of these important elements provide life, and in a way it's also a reminder to create a conciousness towards the preservation of the planet and it's delicate balance. The world of the sun is Che on the mikes, Henry G. is in charge of the drums, Lenin lays down the bass. Eddie C. takes care of the keys and the rock riffs are covered by Harold 'el moreno.' Their sound is a multicolored and inovative musical blend, with a soul purpose of expanding popular music and bringin new flavor to the masses with the grooves that will make your booty move!
