Explosion Cerebral Magazine: In the last months i came listening to a great change in the current grind/death. Now the bands do not worry much about the noise but they are creating best music. Intestinal Strangulation is that type of band. Death/grind with elaborating material of good but not so extreme that it is customary death grind to us, but is aggresive and hard gutteral. The Chances of rate are very well calculated. It's music is exclusively for headbanging and to vomit, it has been said. (2003)

INCANTATION: is quite the humble band to take time and list bands that they are playing with even though they aren't national touring signed bands yet. We are mentioned on the Incantation web site for the 2nd Annual North West Death Fest. Just scroll down about a quarter and you'll see it.
Central Valley Death Fest: Intestinal Strangulation was awsome. After they performed i picked up a shirt and a CD (demo) of thiers. The theme for this band is Gore and Horror and it shows. Brutal music and brutal lyrics. They plan on releasing a full length CD at the end of this year and i cannot wait! - Steven Ansell
