Intestinal Strangulaiton formed in mid 2003. It was our first time attempting to create a deathmetal sound. All founding members came from seperate musical backgrounds and influences, but agreed to persue brutaliy. It was rough at first, but after every song we could hear the progress and direction of our music. After a few line up changes and working with many bass players, Intestinal Strangulation has finally established an extremely tallented line up, ready to take their craft of brutality seriously and persue it to it's fullest.
Intestinal Strangulation has shared the stage thus far with Aborted, Behemoth, Cannibal Corpse, Cathedral, Cattle Decapitation, Cephalic Carnage, Coffin Texts, Crematorium, Cryptopsy, Incantation, Misery Index, Phobia, Sadus, Samael, Sepsism, Strapping Young Lad, Suffocation, The Meatshits, Vehemence, as well as various other tallented bands from all around our local area and surrounding states. So far Intestinal Strangulation have toured through out California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada (Las Vegas) and down south to Tijuana, Mexico, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Intestinal Strangulation currently offer a 7 song EP recorded at the end of 2003 with the original members. They also have a variety of T-Shirts available, Buttons, Compilation CD's that they are on, and soon stickers as well as new different T-Shirt designs. Intestinal Strangulation will utilize July and August to work on new material and for studio time. A 10 song full length is in the making, with the blue prints of concept and structure already planned out. We are currently scouting lables that would best match our effort and drive for this business called music. We plan to take the first 3 songs we record for the full length to use as a promotional demo to include in our press kit for labels and reviews.
