Trades' Rules
1. If you signed by your own free will in this postcard trading club, you have to fulfill your trades
2. The Trades are among individuals, so is their option to decide how are they going to send the items agreed
3. Your membership at the club will be deleted by the Founders if you fall in the category of "Bad Trader". For this to happen you have to fill at least one of the next criteria:

a) You didn't send the items agreed without an explanation and you stopped to answer e-mails from the people to whom you owe

b) The Founders tried to contact you because you have postcard debts, and you don't answer after 5 days

c) When you reply in a nasty way to someone to whom you owe, and this person can prove it. By "Nasty" we define:
I) Using bad language or insults
II) Mocking the person to whom you owe
III) Attacking the person to whom you owe

d) The debtor replies to your e-mails and offers you an explanation, but after 6 months you haven't recieved what was stated
4. Please remember that the time for snail mail to arrive varies among countries and seassons
5. Snail Mail really gets lost. It's the fault of the Postal Service, not of the people who set up the trade. But since trades are in good faith:

a) Please send again a second time, preferable by registred mail.

b) The possibilities that envoys get lost twice is very mild, but you can prove that you send what was stated with the registration number
6. Enjoy Postcard Collecting!!!!!!
