| GENERAL RULES |
| 1. This is a Postcard Trading Club in which people from all the world are welcome to join, since it's an open one or listed |
| 2. Because the variety of nationalities of the members, the club's official language is ENGLISH. Members who don't have skills with it, can make posts in their own language, but letting the founders know it, so we can reach a member who can translate the posts |
| 3. When any person signs in Yahoo, he/she has to choose an ID of his/her preference to be used in mails, clubs, groups, etc, to respect their privacy. Since all the people who become members of International Postcard Trades sign in the club by their own free will, this ID will be used to address them. If anyone decides to sign posts with his/her own real name, this person is giving a consent for his/her name to be used in the open posts by any member |
| 4. Since this is an Open or Listed Club, is the sole responsability of the members the posts they make. This posts are in the open for any member to read and make an opinion, so it's not the Founder's responsability the answers generated |
| 5. The Founder's believe in Freedom of Speech; though, they may delete one of the posts if it's content is improper. By improper we consider: a) Using offensive language with the intention to insult a person b) Harassing someone even the words used are not in itself insults c) Adult spam |
| 6. You are free to give in the open your own e-mail, but not other's. If someone asks you for another person's e-mail, is your choice to send it and if so, please use private e-mail |
| 7. Private problems among members are to be solved in private e-mail. When you make a post, you give permission to all the members to intervene |
