Recipe Courtesy of Cooks.com

___________________________________________________________________

1 1/4th cup water
1 1/2th cup rice
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter
1/3rd cup onion, chopped
2-3 teaspoons soy sauce

Boil water and add rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients with rice. Saute, stirring over medium heat, until browned. Add 1/4th cup water and 2-3 teaspoon soy sauce (yeah not the best recipe is it).
I chose this recipe in particular for two decisive reasons: Rice is very enticing to my senses and mental state of mind, and secondly, the word Chinese is even more so. Please direct all questions or comments to our hotline at 1-800-328-7423. Thank you.

Oh yeah we have to elaborate O_o. Well, rice has been the one food that our family consumes on a daily basis without fail. Although I cannot recollect any comprehensible phrases of my youth beyond the year of eight, I am positive I have eaten rice ever since...sometime long ago. This daily occurence has strengthened my bond with rice beyond any imaginable measure or possible correlation with any other type of edible object.

Furthermore, the addition of the word, "Chinese", was very attractive, although I now realize my blunder and believe this new definition of Chinese is a synonym of the utmost degree to the word, "generic".

There, was that elaborate enough?
Due to the simplicity of this recipe, there was only one major problem with this recipe, and that was the near unimaginable task of staying alert throughout then entire cooking process. I find that brining down an alarm clock is quite useful for solving this problem. After you have complete the first part of the recipe, and the rice is in the process of simmering (sort of, mostly dry), you might set your oven timer to 5 minutes, and your alarm clock to ten. Once the timer wakes you up set it to 5 again, and repeat this procedure with the alarm clock, until the necessary time has been done and the recipe is complete.
What? There are things called cooking methods? =O. Er...okay then. The first type of cooking used in this recipe is called b-o-i-l-i-n-g. This is the act of heating water to the boiling point, in which it makes boil bubbles! The second cooking method involves sauteing, which is to cook over high heat with fat or butter. This method of cooking is useful for cooking recipes quickly and still have a high outcome in product quality. In order for sauteing to work, you must preheat the pan before adding the ingredients. An average saute temperature is 180 degrees Farienheit.

Alright this page is getting long so I'll continue it in Part Two :).
