Producer objective is to control the use of credit reference materials in accordance with a predetermined period. This procedure is used to manage the loan and return of materials that are classified as loans Reference Materials.

Library Assistant / counter clerk is responsible for ensuring the return of loans and Reference Materials in accordance with established regulations.
