I arrive on the scene, we're all happy
people lay on the floor unable to move
They're happy enough to stay without fear
I Join the crowd and get ready to groove
after a while, I'm pretty darn glad
I get a crooked grin from ear to ear
They put some tunes and crank up loud
it's getting hard to see and to hear
This peaceful gathering hides all the pain
we come to celebrate nothing at all
there is nothing here to bring people down
after an hour, my friends start to fall
I can't think strait, but thats O.K. with me
I look around for the keys to my Jeep
I can't stand up and my smile is gone
my eyes get heavy and I fall asleep
