Freedom In My Cell

one light bulb at three o'clock
head spins as I try to sleep
music is my one escape
for my hell returns at eight

this homework due the day before
I cry so much, I care no more
during the day, I'm on my own
I think I'd rather be alone

they don't stare when I'm alone
they don't hate when I'm alone
they don't tease when I'm alone
they don't see me cry, I'm so alone

carving oon the wall
digging in my skin
make me feel so small
break this box I'm in

I can't hide forever
I can't runaway
I must face this now
or Just fade away
