Does work serve my life or is it the other way around? Am I clear about my values and living my life accordingly? Do I use my work (or anything else) to avoid personal relationship issues? What am I tolerating? What do I want to become? What would I create for myself if I had a magic wand? Would I like to consider writing a mission statement for my life? If so, would it be the same for my work life as it would be for my personal life? How often do I feel a sense of serenity and when do I feel most complete? Where on scale 1-10 is my emotional intelligence? In other words, how in tune am I with my emotions? How healthy are my relationships with my family, significant other, employees, boss, friends? Do I feel out of control? Would I like to learn how to be more present in the moment? Would I like more joy and fun in my life? What energizes me? Whose life am I leading anyway?
THE GOAL IS FOR YOU TO LEAVE THE COACHING CALL IN A BETTER PLACE THAN BEFORE THE SESSION, TO FEEL ENERGIZED AND BE WILLING AND ABLE TO MAKE SOME ACTION
