In-Sight is looking for upper-year students that want to be friends and mentors to first-year students. Those of you who have been through SHOW will know that this can be a rewarding experience.

In-Sight has made being a group leader structured with a list of pre-planned ideas that will make starting events easier. Group leaders should be comfortable checking up with their group frequently by initiating activities and approaching the group.
