Maryland laws do not regulate piercing or tattoing (not yet) so as a independent business we have set in place the following age requirements for work performed at our shop.
The age for tattooing and piercing is 18
but you may get either with parental consent being the following guidelines are met!
With parental consent and additionally the parent and child must share last name, the policy is as follows:
Piercing Minimum age is 16 with parental consent
Tattooing: Minimum age is 16 with parental consent.
If you have any questions concerning our policies please feel free to call and discuss these guidlines with either owner.
