Materials:
35mm film container
Drill with 1/4" drill bit
File/Sand Paper
First get some dubbing to store, then get a 35mm film container. Take the drill and drill a hole in the bottom of the cointainer(in the center). There probably will be a burr of plastic thats where the sand paper or file come in handy. Remove the burr. Open the cap(once the top, but now the bottom) put some dubbing in and place cap back on. Use a bodkin or some other utemsil to pull a little amount of dubbing out. Now it is ready to despense. Any excese dubbing you pull out just put it back in the bottom by removing the cap.
