Well, our family 80 square meters duplexes,  each featuring a "three bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area" property on a 350 square meters  (10 m front x 35 m depth) lot in the Jacó Sol Residential, are being offered for rent on either a monthly, biweekly or weekly basis.

Each room may accommodate two persons, that is six persons per duplex, although there is certainly flexibility for slightly larger families or groups, with members willing to use the living room area to accommodate themselves.

This beach-town house has only one bathroom, but occupants are advised to use the convenient outdoors shower to wash away the sand they bring back from their visits to the beach.

There is plenty of parking space if you do rent a vehicle to explore and tour around the area.

The trip from San José takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on traffic.
