Joe this is a pretty big job, and you used to work here. If you have any doubts we can go to phase 2 without even doing phase 1.

Suddenly, a crane with a wrecking ball drives down the road, and Capones boys, Marty and Al, the two people Joe caught up with earlier in our tale, are inside.
Yo Joe! We're here!
That's great boys, not a moment too soon. Let's get this over with.
Joe turns his head away, but decides to watch after all. The crane backs up the wrecking ball, and smashes it into the side of BTW HQ. Bricks fall and the buidling is slowly being smashed. After it is finally torn apart it collapses. The wrecking ball then smashes the BTW billboard in half.
Hated to do that, but it really had to be done. I mean let's face it, it was a waste of good space.
The scene fades as the van with Joe and Kingpin drives off as they obviously begin Phase 2...
Ah..Armageddon's home. It's a shame. He's out of town! And he just had to take his kids and wife with him! Tsk Tsk Tsk Arm. You're getting sloppy in your old age. KP, you can wait outside if you want. I just need a crowbar.
No way Joe, I just turned on some Ozzy. Arm's got a taste in music I'll say that.
I have this one. Take them if you want them.
I didn't say I thought his taste was good.
As the heavy metal kicks in on the song "Gets Me Through" Kingpin smashes the cd collection with his crowbar. Joe smiles at what they are doing. He goes over to Arm's Trophy room as Kingpin and his boys smash up the rest of the house, only what looks valuable. Such as family pictures, heirlooms, etc.
I'm so sorry Arm. But you brought this one yourself.
Joe takes his crowbar and begins smashing the trophies apart. Countless belts and "Best Wrestler" awards that Arm has are destroyed. He takes all the BTW belts and tosses them in the fireplace.
Hey Tony...I'm done here. I think my message is clear.
The scene fades as Joe drops the crowbar next to the burning belts. The smell of burning leather from the straps of the belts fills the air. Joe places a cover over the fireplace so the rugs don't catch fire.
