| Before the creation of Blazewyrm, there was a castle built on the verge of explored territory. It was infamous for its trecherous rocks and intimidating architecture. Count Vundaal was the castle's sole occupant, and he was a terribly cruel man. He was responsible for dozens of kidnappings and horrible experiments that had left the nearby villages in terror, not knowing who was responsible. His experiments proved to be unimaginable torture to his captured subjects, and they would witness their own mutilation while the Count's eyes gleamed with delight and satisfaction. The Count knew his days of kidnapping couldn't last forever. He'd been seen nearby on a number of occasions when the victims were seen last, and had already roused a few suspicions. He prepared himself for the worst, but it was to be for no good. As he slept, a powerful vampire named Bloodmoore entered his window and came to a rest near his bedside. As Vundaal woke, Bloodmore smashed his palm against his body and slammed it against the wall. After a feast, the vampire tossed his prey aside like a doll and leapt through the window with the grace of a cat. Vundaal didn't wake for hours, but when he did, he noticed something was different. His transformation made him no more cruel, but definately more capable. The name Blazewyrm was chosen from his unholy tomes, after a demon that hatches inside a human body and turns it to cinders. The townsfolk were gathering at his door. Blazewyrm knew how they had found out about the kidnappings, he had a feeling someone followed him the last time he captured a victim. He faced the angry swarm with a renewed vigor, and won. He quenched his new thirst for blood and quickly realized many of his vampyric attributes and newfound abilities. Before long, he was experienced enough among his kind that he could form a vampire clan of his own, and thus the Order of the Infernal Worm was born, once again named after his demon of choice. What happens next? That is yet to be decided! |
