| Title: Neon Genesis Evangelion: Reincarnation Genre/s: Action/Drama/Romance Type: Continuation (After Episode 24) Rating: PG 13 Completed Chapters: 1 Projected Chapters: 10+ Central Concept: What if a second wave of Angels, that were reincarnations of the first wave, attacked Tokyo 3? Outline: After the death of Tabris the time has come for SEELE's scenario to be fulfilled. However, as the Dead Sea Scrolls are retranslated to insure the time is right, a new piece of information is found that disallows both SEELE and Gendo to meet their individual goals. NERV must be prepared for a new threat as the Angels are reincarnated in new forms and return to earth in an effort to combine with the father, Adam. Part of this preparation includes bringing Hans Liedermann, the newly appointed Sixth Child, to Tokyo 3 from Germany and to receive the newly built Unit 06 from SEELE. With Asuka still in a coma, Rei searching for a purpose without an Eva and Shinji contemplating suicide, Hans sees himself as easily the most powerful pilot they have at NERV, for he is invincible in the training simulations. However he, and the rest of NERV, are blown away by the extreme power the Angels now hold. Their intelligence has also increased and not only do they seek to silence the Evas, but the pilots as well. |
