Citation goes at the top: put all information relating to the reference at the top. These will go in your lab notebooks.
PUt all notes that relate to a particular reference on that sheet and the ones that follow. Include page numbers as well since yu will have to cite the exact location for your information. Put the references in the order they appear in the text. Number the references when citing in the text.
Note: Don't print pages from the Internet and highlight them -- write the information out by hand and record reference.
