Background: Zack Romero was born to an unwed teenage mother in 1944. Forced by her family to give him up, Zack was placed into the system and spent most of his time growing up going from Foster home to Foster home. Surprisingly he liked being in the system though and enjoyed his freedom, but he always wondered what it would be like to have a real family.

When he turned 11 though his dreams came true, he was adopted. Sadly, his dream became a nightmare. A few years after being adopted the couple he had been adopted by died mysteriously. Everything they had was left to him, but he found himself in the custody of his adopted mother's sister. She, to put it honestly, hated him. He constantly ran away from her and tried to escape her clutches. He snuck off and joined the Navy, not looking back.

In the interim years of military service his Aunt squandered his inheritance as he was considered legally dead. When he did return though he fought valiantly and managed to rebuild his adoptive family's company - Romero Pharmaceuticals. As the company grew larger he left the administrative aspect of his corporation to the President of the Board and started studying abroad. When he came back he returned with a wife.

Sadly his wife has recently passed away, but he continues to thrive. He'd had his corporation moved to Independence Pennsylvania and he's recently moved into a Penthouse suite at the Majestic Hotel. He's planning on remaining in the city as long as he can, and loves it tremendously. In addition to his corporation, recently he began the Romero Charitable Foundation which is also headquartered here.
