I'm Sensai Brian Jacks 8th Dan, the British and European Superstars Champion of 1979.
In my time I have held the World Record for Squat Thrusts in a minute plus the World record for arm dips,
beating the magical 100 in a minute.
However undoubtably my proudest moment was
appearing with Lyndsey de Paul, Ted Rogers and Gareth Hunt in the pantomime
'Goldilocks and the Three Bears'.
