| we saw yet more geological wonders driving from arches to bryce. we crossed a few aspen forests and descended the grand staircase escalante. it felt like flying. the highway also cut through capitol reefs national park. we stopped briefly to look at the cliffside petroglyphs. by the time we arrived at bryce, we were somewhat jaded. once you've seen a hoodoo, you've seen them all. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
