    "Ignorance" examines the battle between self-fulfillment and job security. At a job interview, Annabelle pushes her prospective employer, Mr. West into an examination of work, life and the chasing of abstract dreams.

    Fin and Euba

    Fin and Euba are friends and co-workers at a paper mill in Cantonment, Florida. They also share space in a rooming house, which they are desperately trying to escape. Unbeknownst to Euba, Fin submits some of Euba's amateur photos to Life Magazine. Euba receives a reply from Life, but is reluctant to open it for fear or rejection, or worse . . . acceptance.

    "The Story of Izanagi and Izanami" weaves Japanese mythology with the story of a contemporary husband and wife who are each struggling through private disillusionment to make contact with the other. Myth and modern tale intertwine in the end for better or worse.
