Lesson Plan Report

INTRODUCTION

The lesson would would help the peers to use Microsoft Word, to know the basic foundation, familiarize them to Microsoft Word Windows, create a document, edit, format, print, close and exit Micrsoft.

SUCCESSES AND CHALLENGES

The students learnt how to open and create a document, edit, format, print, close and exit Microsoft Word Application. The lesson was smooth except for a moment low power voltage which was quite unexpected. Another difficult area is developing their typing speed and accuracy by learning the Home Keys by heart which they were not able to do at the begining of the lesson. There was no Power failure during the lesson.

CLASSROOM ORGANIZATION AND LOGISTICS

The classroom arrangement was in order. The students were grouped at a ratio two to one Computer and four students were used as Lab Assistance to help occasionally and share ideas with their colleques within the stipulated time

SUGGESTED CHANGES

I would advice anyone who wants to replicate the lesson to precise and straight to points in order to finish within stipulated time. The lab can still be furnished with more computer, the lab building can be expanded to accommodate more students with a standbye generator. My honest recommendation is to other teachers who may want to integrate technology can be encouraged by given incentive to motivate them and materals.
