VISION OF THE MISSION (IMOF)

India is one of the largest and highly populated countries in the world. Now the present population is 1 billion above and having with many different languages 1,652,  castes, 32 states, 3000 towns, and 6 lakhs villages.  The state population is above 7 Crores.  Birthrates is 25.5/1000, Death rates is 8.5/1000.  Many people worship the nature and other ethical Gods and goddesses.  Most of the people (70%) are living in the rural villages.  The living conditions of the rural people are very pathetic, unhygienic conditions.  Someone is in the belief in superstitious things for the healings of disease.  Number of deaths may occur in this are due to the only ignorance, illiteracy, and lack of awareness in all the matters. Many children are going blind and dead due to the malnutrition and no nearest health care facilities.  Many men become drunkards and using unhealthy intoxicated drugs apart fro this many  natural diseases though by the season virus.  Accord to the Bible, in St. Luke 21:11, At the time of Jesus’ second coming these are the signs – There will be great earthquakes in various places and famines and pestilences.

The rural flock in general and village Christian who are mostly drawn from out caste groups of scheduled and scheduled tribes who are steeped in ignorance. Poverty, illiteracy, etc. and they have got to be awakened to see the world around to improve their own lot by self-help.  They are like “Lost sheep” or rather like “sheep without a Shepard as Jesus would described in the Bible (Mark 6:34).  They are growing in darkness without any one to guide.  They have to be lifted up from the quagmire of their belief in fate, superstition, and illiteracy all resulting in social captivity.  They are in need of being liberated.  Liberation is a must from alienation, segregation, discrimination, deprivation, degradation, .  when and how will they become wake and free?

As from the 3000-year some Indians are treated as untouchables. Some comprehensive programmes must be implemented to educate and enlighten for their upliftment for bring socially boycotted economically exploited and religiously subjugated, “whom shall I send and who will go for us” Isaiah 6:8. As Christians, we believe that god created every man and woman in his own image and likeliness (Genesis 2:7)/  While god has created all men equal, who was created caste divisions.  The worst consequence of cast discrimination is that every outcast is a victim of inferiority complex, inertia, apathy, and fatalism.  Someone should come forward by saying “Here I am, send me Lord.”  Caste discrimination and oppression in India is an age long practice.  This pasted millions million of people into utter slavery discrimination and injustice more dynamic education for liberation needed with a new vibrant and valiant thee As awakening, awareness, acceptability in what is called for (1) awaking the masses from their slumber of inferiority complex for self understanding. (2) An awareness that they are also made in the image of God with self-dignity.  (3) Build confidence that they are also fully acceptable both in God and to man in the one human family, towards self-reliance.  Hence the organizer Rev. Frederick Nathan has proposed and educations process that would seek to achieve.  He started the school by the name of “All Saints School" in the slum place of Nidadavole Town in the year 1982.

and adult Educational Centres, tutorial Classes for backward students in subjects. By observing all the Prosperous of Educational Activities the Government support to Pay the salaries of School Teacher

This education for development would release them from the clutches of their wrong beliefs, restore them to self-dignity and reinstate them into the rightful fellowship with all neighbors and fellow human beings According the census, 45% is the literacy in our area.  Their ignorance illiteracy and innocence have combined to pull them into a culture of science and apathetic self‑resignation Every rural Indian must know of himself.  He or she must know the real truth about his of her own existence and life.  He or she should no longer be under any illusion about his own life.  Only by knowing the actual beliefs and ideas and thoughts that goes on it ones own mind can come out of his own shell into a self-knowledge and self-realisation.

It is well known fact that the voluntary agencies are the Pioneers in taking of welfare and development efforts for the emancipation of poor and oppressed health in human being natural condition and its birthright.  It is the result of living in according with natural laws pertaining to the body, mind, and environment due to the past few decades there has been a reawaking that health in basic human right and a social goal.  Health is traditionally defined as “absence of disease”.  Major health problems of mankind such as a population problem.  The Government is not able to itself provide all amenities like health care to its people.

Cleansing the polluted psyche through conscientization.  First of all it involves people and it is a matter of person-to-person relationship.  Secondly it involves understanding and appreciation of the persons involved in this relationship, which Italy be described as the relationship between an educator and educate.

ORGANISATION BACKGROUND AND ACHIEVEMENTS:

A brief review of the origin of INDIAN MEDICAL & ORPHAN FELLOWSHIP for the welfare of down trodden and economically backward families As said earlier in order to work for the welfare and development of the poor people and bring them up above the poverty line and make them self‑reliant.  This Organisation was Founded in NIDADAVOLE town (90 thousand population) in 1982.  Its activities extend to different areas mostly in rural.  It is under suspicious of this society that FREDERICK NATHAN commenced rendering selfless and entering service for upliftment of poor people in several fields.  His concentration was diverted to the Socio-Economic and Social cultural aspects covering educations, technical, medical, and other similar spheres.

IMOF RDs. was founded and is managed by a highly committed teem of dedicated professional and trained social workers and having the good relations with medical doctors locally for campaign speakers in the rural villages on health care awareness. As the ordained person, Rev Fredrick Nathan he was established a bible Training School and preaching the Gospel in the rural villages.  Under his control there are 32 Diploma in Theological Students working this area. He is conducting the Christian meetings, seminars for pastors, Children Bible Training Schools in vacations. This Bible Training was established purely to extend the Gospel to the rural people.  Because in the bible Acts. 8:31 -  The Ethiopian eunuch  said to Philip ‑ How can I unless some one guides me.  And also in (St. Mark 16:15) (St. Matthew 29:19) Go you unto the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.  And psalm 22:27, 96:2.

Daily preach the gospel.  And also in the 1 Corinthians 10:15 – unless the preachers send, how can the Gospel spread.

The organization’s main aim and motto is “Serve In the Love”, Love one another”, Jesus speeches and works related to towards Social activities.  In Mathew 5:16. Let your light so shine before the men that they may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven.  In Apostal Roma 2:10 and Apostal Ephasis 6:8, The Paul says who so ever good thing any man does the same shall receive from God.  And Jesus commands us St. John 15:12 - This is my commandment that you have, love one another as I have loved you.  In Romans 2:10 said - glory honor and peace to every man that works well.

In the context, St. Mathews 25:31‑45, Jesus said controversially help hungry, thirsty,  clothless, sick, and Prisoners.  We know that helping hands are holier than Praying lips. The man’s richness is the good that he does in this world and that helping others gives more pleasure than things himself.

May the Almighty Father strengthen your arms for protection of defenseless children, women and also other organizational activities in this area.
