This is our Online Helpdesk.
We can attempt to assist you via our ticketing system. This involves you creating an online helpdesk case and then we accept the case and assist you through our online helpdesk ticketing system. This is best used by those who do not have the time to have us perform remote, or housecall services. This is for those users who want to be able to work through the issue at their own pace, but with the assistance of the online helpdesk ticketing system. Please note that in some circumstances, if the issue is too complex, or would require us to be onsite to resolve the issue. We will let you know that a trained professional should be dispatched to assist you with your issue.
