Page Updated 12-31-06 50th + Anniversary CelebrationJune 2007 some who were part of Youth Camp from 1970-1984, either as a camper or staff are invited to aa Reunion Dinner the sometime around the opening day of the 2006 Youth Camp.Plans are being made now to contact anyone who has ever been blessed by the CHC Florida Youth Camp. We invite you to come and join with us. In 2005 we had a record #143. Bro Daryl and the Florida Brotherhood Dept remodeled the boys dorm, dividing it, allowing us to seperate the older and younger boys. That made management much better all the way around. We are trying to get all of the previous Directors, workers and campers to be there to celebrate God's Victory's Won THERE! We need pictures from the past if you have them. Digital format is preferred, unless you don't need them returned. We have found if you have a digital camera, just take a picture of the picture and it is a quick way to get them in digital format. What are some of your memories of Youth
Camp? In Memory Youth Camp in the Sky FYI....Bro. Mac Sikes passed away October 30, 2002, leaving behind many good memories for me and I am sure all of those who know him. It's now time for Jody to carry the torch. Our prayers are with the family. Eddie Hayes passed away May 26, 2002. Our condolences to his family. Angel Higginbotham joined Heaven's Angelic Choir June 27, 2005 With sadness, yet joy we inform you that Rev. Willard E Lee went home to recieve his Heavenly Reward November 6, 2006 Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. |
