During the tenure of Ph.D. (Tech.),also worked on various industrial projects and formulated Nanoparticles of Paclitaxel and Sirolimus using biodegradable polymer including Poly L- Lactic Acid, Poly L- Lactide Co Glycolide and Poly L- Caprolactum.
Before Joining Ph. D. i had worked with Macloeds Pharmaceuticals for one year as a research associate in Formulation and Development department. During the tenuare at Macleods I achieved expertise on various solid and liquid dosage forms using number of molecules including Azithromycin (Peroral tablet, dispersible tablet, dry syrup, ready mix); Erythromycin (tablet); Ofloxacin & Ornidazole (suspension in combination); Mefenamic Acid & Dicyclomine HCl (tablet in combination); Methimazole (tablet); Methyl Prednislone Sodium Phosphate (oral drops); Methylcobalamine, Adinosylcobalamine, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine HCl and Alpha Lipoic Acid (tablet and capsule five drug combination). Successful scale up of Azithromycin (Peroral tablet, dispersible tablet, dry syrup, ready mix) and Erythromycin (tablet). Formulation strategies included bioavailability improvement, taste masking of bitter drugs and stability improvement.
