Love at First Card! This was
sent from moxica in Germany. My first 5 sent cards were actually sent
after like 2-3 weeks after I requested addresses (so they took like 30+
days traveling :p) and you can tell I wasn't that interested in this
project to begin with ie. not disciplined! So I wasn't really expecting when I received this
first card, but it was a nice surprise. And did lead me to getting 500+ cards
now! |

This is my First TAG Postcard from dinacecilia in Scotland. The Tag game started and everyone seemed to get
excited about it. It was a general tag (without themes or offers) but we
were getting addicted already. Talking about first Tag, now I'm
wondering who got the first Tag card I sent? :D Can't remember if I even
mentioned something about "first" in the card. |

The First "Thank-you" Postcard I received.
Fred was the 6th whom I sent an offical postcard, and just like
previous five, it took me a while to eventually post the card. We were
going vacation to Borneo and I remember to put the postcard for Fred in
the KL Airport's Post Office box in such a hurry :D Good thing he wasn't
suspicious about the delay, even sent me a thank you card from (then)
snowing Austria! |

The First Private Swap With a Forum Member
came from aquelarre in Spain. I can say it was my first Postcrossing
postcard from Spain too. |
 |

The First Reply Card
For a "Thank-you" card I sent was from eleanorrigby in Netherlands. In
the card she said about the stickers I put in my card so she decided to
send me flower card. OK, so this is also The First Flower Card :D BTW, her first
(official) postcard to me can be
entitled The First Postcrossing Postard Sent In Envelope (hehe) but I am not
reserving a space for that card here :P |

The First Postcrossing Postcard within
Malaysia! A private swap from THE1979 in Kuala Lumpur. He said he
bought the card in Pangkor, so perhaps that's why I hadn't seen it
before. He sent PM through main page, wonder why he's not registered in
the Forum. |

133 postcard I got from Finland.. can you
guess which was the very First among all? ;) Now presenting The First
Postcard From Finland -This very cute card was
from Misteli in private swap. OK, the card was also The First Postcard
With Drawing/illustration that I received in Postcrossing. She said it
was an "old-fashioned" Christmas card. |
|
We know The First Finland card, and now
The First Postcrossing Postcard From USA was an official postcard from Tina. I love
the picture with old barn, some kind of cottage in countryside. Her
handwriting was also excellent! She kind of decorated the written-side
as well. And she
wrote that she liked my name! *blush* :)
..BTW my name is Ilyani :-) |

The First Asian Postcard I received (in
Forum of course, as I have yet to receive an official card from Asian
country..) was from red_avatar in Singapore through private swap. So it's
automatically my First card from Singapore too :D She wasn't really
talking about the postcard, instead she wrote something about Fruits
Basket anime as that time I was using avatar with Momiji :D |
|
The First in-Forum Postcard received within Malaysia was actually a Japanese card from elliot in some
offering Tag. It's a card with a girl in Harajuku street fashion. It's a
very
nice card. Given that elliot hadn't left Postcrossing, I would have
asked him for more of these cards. |

The First Postcard for Cartoon Tag came
from frummeltje23 in Netherlands. Very cute bear! She
wrote that she supported some kind of group with the card. She wrote about the stamp
too. It showed a rapid train in Netherlands. |
|
The First Postcard for Country House tag
was sent from solecito in Slovenia. A very sweet cottage isn't it? OK, my First
card from Slovenia as well. |
 |
 |
The First Postcard for Tag Within Asia was
from Tsar in China. I started the Tag with the aim to getting
more cards from Asian countries!! |
|
I am not a fan of animal postcards, but
this was the First Postcard Showing Animal I received, and it was a
reindeer! :D So it was very special and looks so pretty to me. Seglare
chose this card for (general) Tag as the most typical feature in her
place Lapland was nothing but reindeer. And the reindeer got very nice
clothing, how cool is that? :D |
 |
 |
The First Postcard Showing People was a
nice close-up picture of an old fisherman, sent from Kaori in France.
It's in portrait Tag. Somehow I think the old man looks so familiar.. |
|
The First Comic Strip Postcard was a
Finnish comic card from Kirsi :) she sent me this in (general) Tag. And
this is also The First Postcard With Foreign Language Text. She did
translate the text but I cannot remember much of it now. Something to do
with Finnish currency? |

The First Moomin Postcard was either from mingshu (private swap), seglare (Cartoon Tag), rraisa (Valentine RR) or
uimapipo (cartoon Tag) - as when I got to see my received cards after
weeks at hostel, all of them were already there. Getting to know Moomins
was real exciting. They are so big in there! Later on I keep receiving
loads of Moomins cute characters like Little My, FillyJoel and Snufkin
:)

The First Postcrossing Underwear was from Dropi in
Finland. Though the size wasn't really perfect (as I didn't know the
difference between European-Asian sizes), this pair also
entitled as The First Other Item I received in Postcrossing :) and The
First Underwear From a Stranger :D (go on with some more titles you
desire). Hang on, I even haven't got a section for underwear in here.
Let me see if I need one.. |
